When you buy here, what arrives is the design itself. If you are a private buyer that is a specification sheet naming the exact piece, the exact size and the measured weight, which you hand to a jeweller. If you are a jeweller working on the platform, it is the production geometry you can cast from directly.
24Design never casts, sets, ships or handles returns. Making the piece is arranged between you and your own jeweller, and what that costs is settled between the two of you. We do not see that number and we do not take a share of it.
That is also why the price on a design is one number and stays one number. It is the price of the design. The metal is not included in it, because we are not the ones selling you metal.
